Overview

The SHD-2D features a distributed hardpoint selection of one ballistic, three energy, and three missile hardpoints, distributed across every area of the 'Mech.

Strengths

• Versatile combination of all three weapon types.
• Weapons in both arms.
• Very heat efficient when upgraded to double heat sinks.
• A TAG can be optionally be placed in either arm to improve missile targeting and collect TAG bonus C-Bills/XP.

Weaknesses

• Ferro-Fibrous armor and Endo-Steel structure is a must to reduce weight enough for an armor rating (320-340) of a battle survivable level.
• When you upgrade armor and structure you have to upgrade heat sinks because there's less room.
