Overview[edit | edit source]


The SRM 6 fires a volley of six "non-locking" missiles at high velocity. Since the missiles have a minimalist tracking system, they are only effective at short ranges. Each missile causes 2 points of damage on the component that it impacts. The SRM 6 packs a heavy punch for its size and is seen as the main or secondary armament on several notable mech designs such as the Commando COM-3A or Hunchback HBK-4SP. Due to the number of missiles fired at once, dual or even single arrays of SRM 6's will often use up ammunition quickly.

Generally, missiles are ideal for doing Critical Damage because each warhead has a separate chance of achieving a Critical hit.

The SRM 6 is subject to Heat Scaling

Artemis[edit | edit source]

The Artemis IV FCS upgrade decreases the spread of missiles by 20%. However, each launcher requires an extra critical space for the Artemis control system and weigh an additional ton. Additionally, ammunition costs double.
