The JagerMech JM6-A is the only JagerMech capable of mounting missile weapons, up to four, which allows it to effectively compete with the Catapult. A ballistic Hardpoint in each arm means it can can combine fast firing ballistic weapons with a large number of Short Range Missiles, an attribute which allows it to standout in its class.

The JagerMech JM6-S can carry four ballistic weapons, two in each arm, and is heavy enough to easily mount any combination of four Autocannon 2s and Autocannon 5s. Though quite similar to the Cataphract CTF-4X in terms of weight and hardpoint loadout, the JM6-S enjoys a higher top speed and high mounted weapons. Since the arm mounted weapons are actually higher than the cockpit level, a JM6-S can keep virtually all of itself hidden behind a hill and still be able to inflict most of its damage on its targets. Additionally, it can mount an Autocannon 20 in each arm since it lacks both hand and lower arm actuators.
