Overview

The TBT-3C is the original Star League model. Two LRM 15s are equipped with Artemis IV FCS, giving the 'Mech increased accuracy. Ammunition is also double relative to the later -5N design. An additional Medium Laser increases its ability to continue in the fight once the LRMs run dry. The advanced technologies used in the design were lost after the fall of the Star League and the onset of the Succession Wars which resulted in the downgraded -5N design being produced.

Strengths

• Possesses better torso pitch range than either the Hunchback or Centurion
• Ties the Centurion CN9-D for the second fastest Medium 'Mech available after the Cicada Medium Series 'Mechs.

Weaknesses

• Energy and Missile Hardpoints spread among the arms and torso may make it difficult to focus fire of logical weapon groupings
• Less torso twist range than either of the other 'Mechs
